This is a company you can trust. Not only did they go above and beyond to clean my dryer vents (my configuration made it extremely difficult) but they are also fixing an issue that my roofing company caused and won't take ownership of. Being a single woman, my biggest concern is being taken advantage of by companies I hire. Allen and his team are doing the complete opposite of that. I highly recommend them and will be a customer for life.

My dryer wasn't drying very well. I tried to clean the vent myself, but it wasn't helping much. I called Cunningham and they found the problem (screen wasn't removed when the new roof was installed last year). It was quick and easy and the price was good. Couldn't ask for more!

Made appointment and arrived on time. There were some scheduling conflicts for the stone workers which caused a delay. However, I was kept informed. Everyone was lovely to work with.

They came earlier than estimated, which I was happy. They got right down to business and they were extremely friendly. The service great and informative. They things about my fireplace I wasn't aware of . Thank God all was good with my fireplace and didn't need any servicing. Unfortunately, the fireplace gas logs had to be replaced instead of just a regular maintenance check up. Once that was established, they were able to schedule for another date to install. Devin was very professional and polite. We look forward to getting our install next week.

Great job start to finish. Started with a leak at the fireplace gas lighter valve. Because our house is on a slab the fireplace essentially had to be rebuilt. Allan was terrific. He explained what was wrong what our options were going forward. Great people to have around the house. The workspace was always clean before they left each day. Very trustworthy.

Allen came out and cleaned our dryer vent which is not up to code and takes several 90 degree turns to vent on our roof. It took them twice as long as projected because it was so bad. They were amazing and cleaned up everything. I would hire recommend them without reservations.

The two technicians were nice to work with. They answered my questions, and appeared to be knowledgeable. They went a little ways beyond the minimal. I appreciate that.

I have used the to remove a birds nest from my chimney. Not only did the remove the nest & debris but also the live birds as well. They also cleaned my chimney & fixed my chimney cap to the where no birds ca enter. Very friendly & Knowledgeable. Will have them inspect & clean my chimney next year.

This is the first house I have not been able to clean out the dryer vent for myself. Did not know what to expect. Alan explained everything before starting work and during the process as well. After the job was complete, my vent, the outside of my house and my laundry room were clean. This was a very positive experience. Price reasonable for the amount of time and skill involved. An added bonus, Alan is such a thoughtful kind man. He noticed a small issue on my outside siding. As he talked to me about it, he just automatically got his hammer /nails and fixed it. It apparently never occurred to him not to fix it. It never occurred to me that he would take the two minutes to do it for me. Such kindness is hard to find these days. I highly recommend working with Alan and Brittany, in the office, for any project you may hire him for. Thank you Alan and Brittany.

The job turned out to be bigger than we expected and the cost was more but they did a fantastic job. We had a recurring problem that two other companies claimed to have fixed but in fact did not. Cunningham and Sons found the problem and brought the chimney stack up tp code. We would absolutely recommend them for any chimney repairs. Inside our out.
